Visitors / Caddies

Good course management is vital when playing golf at Murcar Links, due to the fact the course has a relatively high degree of difficulty. Visiting golfers may, therefore, wish to enlist the knowledge and services of local self-employed caddies to assist them with and enhance the enjoyment of their round of golf. There are no electric carts available at Murcar Links.

Visitors wishing the services of caddies must pre-book them with either of Murcar Links Secretary/Administrator, (preferably at the same time as arranging and booking their tee times), or at the very latest, prior to their intended day of play. Bag carriers are also available in this way.

On receipt of such a booking, the Caddy Master will allocate specific bag carriers/caddies to specific visitors. It is highly unlikely that bag carriers/caddies will be available for visitors that have not pre-booked them.

Pre-booked bag carriers/caddies that are no longer required must be cancelled at least 24 hours before a visitor's tee time, by contacting either of the Secretary/Administrators or the Golf Professional by telephone.

Bag carriers/caddies cancelled on the day of play are liable to be paid in full.
